From the President’s Desk,

Hardin FCU President Dick Wilcox

Hello, my name is Dick Wilcox and I am the President of the Hardin Community Federal Credit Union. I wanted to invite our members to attend our Annual Meeting which is planned for March 13th, 2010.

The Hardin County Armory will be the host for this year’s event and provides a comfortable setting with plenty of room for all who wish to attend. Dinner will be served by the Plaza Inn of Mt. Victory and will include roast beef, chicken, salads, desserts and drinks. The evening will begin with a social time at 6:00pm followed by dinner at 6:30pm. Next will be the Annual Business Meeting where our members will learn about our 2009 financial results, our plans for 2010 as well as the results of our nominating and election process. I encourage all members to attend as this is information packed meeting where you can connect with the business side of your credit union. I am sure that the financials will be insightful and comforting in these uncertain times. The Board of Directors will also be honoring our Board and Staff members who have reached milestones in their career and it is always nice to have our members witness these special presentations. Bring your family or friends, all are welcome to attend and I am certain that the meal and meeting will be worth the time.

A quick note on our financial performance in 2009, we ended the period with assets very near $60million, with 11,000 members and Net Worth that exceeds 10.50%. All in all a very sound and successful year for our Credit Union and the stage has been set for future growth in products, services and branch locations. I look forward to sharing in more detail at the Annual Meeting, hope to see you there!

The Board of Directors and Staff of the Credit Union would like to thank you for your continued patronage and we hope that you watch this page for future updates on new products and services. I will write a quick note on occasion to keep you informed of our financial position and the progress we are making on adding the benefits that you, our Members, are asking for.

Thank you for taking the time to learn more about your Credit Union and as always, we wish you a Safe and Happy Spring!

Dick Wilcox, President
Board of Directors
